Q: I can't open ipad (4th generation WIFI) and I can't connect to that with Itunes too!

I can't open to my ipad (4th generation) and I also can't charge to that! And I also can't connect with Itunes too. I bought that last few years ago. I search how to solve that but I can't find it. Could you tell me how I can solve that problem? Thank you very much.
