Q: Cannot disable automatic downloads and keep getting persistent notification "automatic downloads are not enabled on this device"
Every time I unlock my iPhone SE I receive the notification, "Automatic downloads are
not enabled on this device, to enable them, go to Store Settings". When I
click ok, I find that Automatic Downloads are already enabled. If I disable
them and exit, the next time I come back to that screen they have been reenabled.
On top of this no matter how many times I reenable
them, lock and unlock my phone, power off and power on my phone, and
enable/disable notifications from App store, I still get this notification
every. single. time.
Does anyone recognize this? Troble shooting? How do I get rid of this?
