Q: Is it possible to erase a paired device from your iPhone using a computer?
I broke my iPhone 5c a couple of weeks ago -- the damage was so great that I am no longer able to access anything on that device. I purchased a new phone (iPhone SE) shortly after. Unfortunately, my wireless headphones are still connected to the 5c. Because of this, the headphones won't connect to my SE. Again, there is no way to use my old phone -- the inner screen is completely damaged. I would like to avoid getting the 5c fixed in order to access the settings that would make it possible for me to disconnect my headphones. I have a macbook. Is it possible that I can use my computer to disconnect the wireless headphones from my old phone?

I don't see why you cannot pair the headphones with the new SE while leaving the 5c as is. The headphones should be able to pair to both. Try pairing it to the SE again: Set up and use third-party Bluetooth accessories - Apple Support
