Q: iPhone 6 won't upload Photos to Windows 10

I just downloaded Windows 10 and I'm trying/failing to save some new Photos from an iPhone 6 onto the laptop. My phone is recognized in the latest itunes but when i click the photos tab it says the iphone has 0 pictures. I've trusted the computer, allowed it to access the photos and synced/backed-up the iphone to the computer yet the photos on the phone are no where to be found on the computer. Am I missing a step or is there issues with Windows 10 and iOS 9.3.1?

Are you on iOS 9.3.2? If not update to it as it may help. Then make sure that you have iTunes 12.4 on the computer.
There are issues with iTunes and Windows and it often takes a driver update or a total iTunes reinstall to resolve.
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
