Q: Disk Full and can't Boot in Safe Mode

My hard drive is completely full (I foolishly let it fill up without leaving much free space) and I cannot boot my computer in safe mode to free up more space. When starting my computer normally, the progress bar freezes at around 50%. When starting up and holding shift, I cannot enter safe mode no matter how many times I try. There is no sound upon startup, which makes it difficult, but I have tried many times with no success.

My situation right now:

- Startup disk completely full

- Do not have a Time Machine or other backup

- Can't enter safe mode

- But can enter recovery mode

How can I fix this?

Thank you!
