May 31, 2016 12:26 AM in response to mukmastaby Alchroma,Do the camera generated Proxies Import and work correctly within FCP X even if FCP X sees them as regular files?
I can't find any info on what type of files the camera generated Proxies are (specs), do you know?

May 31, 2016 6:05 AM in response to mukmastaby Alchroma,I don't have any suggestions to make work the camera generated proxies files within FCP X.
The proxy file names will need to reflect the Original camera files.
When FCP X imports files it creates proxies that are connected to the full size imported camera files.
If you try and just use camera produced proxies, FCP X will have no way to figure out what file is related to what.
I just can't see it working without some type of third party intervention.
The other option is just let FCP X do the proxy generating.
