Q: OS X El Capitan Update 10.11.5 does not finish downloading and installing in the Mac App Store. Other applications download and install, but this OS X update not!

OS X El Capitan Update 10.11.5 does not finish downloading and installing in the Mac App Store. Other applications download and install, but this OS X update not!

May Mac App Store has had this in it for days now!

How can I cancel this and restart?
