Jun 1, 2016 3:32 AM in response to Foxtrot007by Michael Black,There is no way. The news app feature is only currently available in the USA, UK and Australia and is limited to English language news feeds only. The language is determined by the publishers in those regions that contribute to the service.

Jul 29, 2016 9:42 AM in response to Dan & Aixaby oblackmer,I'm in Italy at the moment and it's in Italian. Maybe the latest iOS u has done this. Tried changing it but doesn't seem to work. Also noticed in setting, general, language, Italian was now one of my languages. I never did this change so maybe it has to do the location service? Not sure but needs a fix. I can't read Italian haha.
