Did you already try to set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data? Set up the personal details manually and test the phone.
If you can connect to a cellular network, restore from your latest backup.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
If you still get the "no service" message, get the phone checked by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider next to your place.
