Q: How to unsubscribe from the automatic renewal in Hotspot Shield?I don't remember the email i used for that subscription.

Hey guys,

I just checked my email and found out that hotspot shield is automatically drawing money from my account because of some monthly auto renewal subscription.

I don't want that and i also don't remember which email i used for subscribing in hotspot shield.

So, anyone knows how to un subscribe from that even if i don't transverse the in App email?

Please help me, Thanks.

Log into the account that you downloaded the app with and turn its auto-renewal off : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you can't remember the account you could log into each in turn and check them, or do you have the app in the My Apps section of your computer's iTunes library so that you can do 'get-info' (control-I on a PC ; command-I on a Mac) to see the account ?
