It is all your recent replies sorted most recent first. You can then change the search term for anything else you want to look for.
See also this Site map of Communities and Categories and the four discussions links listed near the top which can be useful ways of looking at your content.

In an earlier version of these forums it was possible to get to the content/discussions layouts by clicking on various links and then setting that as your preferred view. Now at the very least you need to add /content onto the URL of a community to get access to the other options. I made the site map to make it easy to get access to the best links.
