Q: 4th gen apple tv wifi, itunes and airplay problem

There doesn't seem to be a "solution," but you can try couple of things.

1. Reset ATV by disconn citing the power cable girl about 39 seconds, or from Settings > General menu.

2. Reset your Wi-Fi router.

Try changing your router WiFi encryption setting  to WPA2-AES (CCMP) only, no TKIP. This has helped some people.

Check for interference at the ATV location. Use a 5 GHz network if available.
