Q: Charges were made by my son and he overdrawn my account

Charges were made by my son and he overdrawn my account now I cant pay rent so I'm shipping my son back to his mom. I need these purchases to be refunded please please

You should receive an emailed receipt within 24 hours of his making of the purchases. Use the Report a problem link in the email to notify iTunes support of the issue and to make your request for a refund. There is no guarantee that you will receive the refund. Usually all sales are final.

    Change your iTunes password or he'll be able to keep doing it.
