- If you do not have a backup use disk utility to restore the internal disk to an external disk so you can try to recover data.
Then format the startup disk and do a fresh install of OSX

I have tried SMC and PRAM reests, as well as reinstalling my OSX. neither one has worked for me. I have noticed that for some odd reason, no one can hear me speaking when i am in a call, but if i play any audio on my computer, they are able to hear the audio that is playing
