Q: screenshots on ipad impossible

PLEASE HELP!

Connecting my iPad to the computer for the preview and getting the screenshots it says, that the ibook version on iPad is not suffiecient - but I have tje latest possible version there (first generation iPad, cannot be updated to the latest versions of IOS)

How else can I get these screenshots? I had a lot of trouble in the past asking friends to do screenshots for me, they are NEVER accepted by Apple iTunes Producer.

Thanks

Heidi

You could try exporting your book to .ibooks format and then transferring that file to your ipad or Macbook and open it with the iBooks app.

Thanks, yes, I tried it, but there is no way to get the book on my iPad - and for the screenshots the ipad is mandatory. I cannot find icloud on iPad (first generation), although in settings it is there, but nowhere to find and to synch with mac book. I tried to enter icloud via Safari, just cannot find the way to log in.

All these problems for having the right size of screenshots - when it is not exact 100% they don't accept the book (this is my long and bad experience in the past....)

Now I go to a friend and try to connect my computer with her iPad. If that doesn't work then I am at a loss....

    Any ideas from your side?
