Q: I want to have full control of my iPhone Data what can I use ?

I want to have full control of my iPhone Data what can I use ?

I just would love to easily download all my Pictures on the iPhone as well as from the iCloud, even my Contacts, and my Notes, and the Music, and any other data that my phone has held.  I don't mean just Back up, I want to control where the data is placed, what Folder on my Window 10 PC so I know I can see the pictures, or Notes, or SMS data and text and pictures that were sent to me, or me to whoever and my Email so I can call it up with Outlook.  I want to be in control of my data.  It's mine and I want to be able to control what I created. and I want it in plain ENGLISH, no fancy program language.  Also that interface has to be easy and so novice that my Wife who just is not able to understand a computer and need things to be real but real simple.   Is there anything on the market that can do that I am sure other control freaks feel better if we can touch our data instead of thinking its just in a Cloud.  I don't want to get rid of the Cloud, but I would love a simple interface to be able to dump the data and pictures to lets say a portable hard drive.  So I can upload the Contacts into a Sales Program, secure notes I wrote, Dump Pictures and place them in a HDD for easy access by others in my family.   Please let me know - Thanks from Jim R the Latin Agent.

Equipment I have is iPhone 6, iOS 9.XX upto date as of 6/1/2016 using iCloud 50gb and using my Laptop Acer PC with 4gb Memory, 1tb HDD and 4tb USB HDD attached as well as a 256gb SD card and other USB HDD units at the ready and I just purchased from China a 2tb USB Flash Drive.  Why so much, because of the business I am in and the feeling of safe for having my Data and Programs, Music, Texts, Emails, and everything.  Again please let me know - Thanks from Jim R the Latin Agent. 6-1-2016 3:12am

    In plain English:

    1. Import your images to whatever photo management software you use on your computer;

    2. Sync your data, such as calendars, address book, et al, with your computer;

    3. Use iTunes on your computer to manage it all.

    BTW, this is a user to user help forum. You're not addressing Apple here.

    First of all Thank You for answering, as you can see I am sort of a NOVICE at this.  I do know this is a Forum but I had thought some of the Apple experts and / or engineers peruse this forum also....   Now if I may,  when you say.

    1. Import your images to whatever photo management software you use on your computer;

    Do you mean Export because I need to pull the photos off the iPhone and the iCloud......

    2. Sync your data, such as calendars, address book, et al, with your computer;

    Using what software - because iTunes does not show me my SMS data, nor my Notes and even

    my Contacts....  so what third party software do you recommend ?

    3. Use iTunes on your computer to manage it all.

    iTunes does not show me many of the items  nor does it show me what is in the iCloud...

    so again what third party software do you recommend.
