If you're interested in troubleshooting your issue, you would probably want to start with a clean install of iTunes

First follow Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support

Then you'd want to restart your computer, and check for any Windows updates.

Download a fresh copy from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

My iTunes works fine on my iMac 5k 27 Retina with Parallels Version 11.2.0 and Windows 10 so that tells me iTunes may not be the issue.
