Q: Macbook requires inactive admin login

Hi, I have a MacBook Pro 2011 early version, 2,3 ghz intel core i5. When purchasing the MacBook, I have registered myself as administrator still in the store. No firmware password or no other additional security measurements were set.

App 1 year ago, I noticed that whenever the computer was switched off or when the battery was out and the system switched off, whenever trying to switch on, the computer always asked for the very first administrator password. When provided, it kept on booting and led to the page where the actual user could be selected and logged in. This "feature" did not change, despite removing the first administrators' password was changed (it still asked for the original password), or when the first administrator was deleted from the system. The Mac still asks for the original administrator password to boot.

Despite the updates of the operating system, this did not change and it is still there.

What could be the solution to this problem?

Thanks for your hep and suggestions!!
