Q: Compressor 4, 4K MXF file to ProRes 4k, error message, codec not installed

Hello,
When trying to convert 4K MXF files to ProRes I get an error message "codec not installed." I just purchased Compressor 4 andean't seem to find a solution as it appears that I am updated with the latest version. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Strange thing is FCPX can load and process MXF files...

In Systems Information > Installations see whether Video Formats 2.0.4 is installed. If it isn't, you may download it here.
