There is no way to recover your information or turn off Encrypt Backup if you lose or forget the password.

Jun 3, 2016 9:35 AM in response to J. Z.by Michael Black,You cannot reset it. If you cannot remember the password for that backup, you will never be able to restore it to a new device. If you use a Mac, check your keychain to see if the password was stored there.
