Q: Forgot my answers.

I forgot my answers and I cont buy anything from app store I followed all steps but also not work please help me its urgent case I hope you take it seriously. Thanks

    HT201485

    -If you established a rescue email address, there will be a link on the "Passwords & Security" page of id.apple.com.  Clicking the link will send the reset to your rescue email address (NOTE:  This is not the same address as your Apple ID email)

     

     

    -If there is no link on the page, then you didn't establish a rescue email address.  Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466 (If you are in the US), and ask for account security.  You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.

     

     

    -If you are not in the US, click http://support.apple.com/kb/HT204169 - Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security

    Thanks for your replay and I appreciate your time. I'm from IRAQ and there is no Apple services in my country, How can I make a contact with them? I hope I can find a direct help from Apple team to solve this huge problem its a headache really

    There isn't an iTunes Store in Iraq, so you must have a different country listed as the country on your account - using a country's store when not in that country isn't allowed by the store's terms of use (terms that you agreed to). When you are in the country that you have listed on your account, or if/when Apple open an iTunes store in Iraq and you can put your real address on your account, you can contact Support and get your questions reset.

    That's mean I have to wait till Apple open her support services here in Iraq? is this reasonable? what a miserable lief I'm in! let Apple know what's written here, I'm really so depressed.

    The store's terms were shown to you when you opened the account, they included not using the store when not in that country, and you agreed to them, so it shouldn't be any surprise to you

    yes of course I'll agree because there is no other choice even you accept all terms or through your product into recycle bin that's it. But my concern in this case like my problem what is the CLUE?

    Of course there was a choice, you decided to buy and try to use a product in an unsupported country and ignore the terms of use of the store

    'Clue' to what ? There is nothing that we can do, you will either have to wait until Apple open an iTunes store in Iraq, or move to one that already has one
