Q: How do we share tv shows between devices?

Jun 4, 2016 6:42 AMby King_Penguin,HelpfulYou need to go to the Purchased tab (not the main part of the store) in the iTunes Store app on their device, select the account that originally bought the series, and if he/she has sharing enabled on their account and not hidden the series it should show for redownloading.

Jun 5, 2016 6:49 PMby King_Penguin,HelpfulThe version of the series that was bought is still in your country's store, the person who bought it hasn't moved countries since buying it, and he/she hasn't hidden the series from the cloud : Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support ?

She (and you on your device) have tried logging out and back into her account on her device ?
