Music and Apps are not restored as a part of the actual backup. They are downloaded, so it can take some time. If the backup is not complete by tomorrow, then I would recommend that you go to Settings>iCloud>Backup, and you will see an option to Stop Backup. Click on that, and then go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings, and set the phone up again, restoring from the same backup.

I restored a phone recently, and a couple of weeks later realized that it had not backed up to iCloud for a could of weeks. I went to the iCloud Backup screen, and that the Restore had never finished. I erased it again tonight and restored it again, and it finished restoring and re-downloading Apps and Music within 2 hours.

    Best of luck,

    Thank you Gail.

i Just have a question or two   Will this work for a iPad ? Also I have everything transferred over and I'm using everything just fine.So if I erase and go back it said I will lose what I was restoring since it said it was still restoring. I'm just hoping their was another way.

If you erase it and restore again, it will start the restore process from scratch, and re-load everything that is in the backup, and re-download the Apps and Media that were in the backup. This will work the same way for any iOS device.

    Best of luck,
