Jun 4, 2016 3:29 AM in response to loocheehoeby mabaeyens,You cannot. Latest supported iOS is 9.3.2
If your device supports iOS 8 then it also supports iOS 9.3.2 and therefore you can only stay as you are or upgrade to that latest version

Jun 4, 2016 9:47 AM in response to loocheehoeby mabaeyens,Then you will have to stay as you are if you want to keep your device warranty, as downgrading is not recommended not supported by Apple. If something crashes, you will basically be on your own.
I have 4 devices at home all of which use iOS 9.3.2 and it's working fine. When iOS 10 becomes available, lots will complain that battery drains, things glitch and that's business as usual

Jun 4, 2016 10:03 AM in response to loocheehoeby Barry Hemphill,Forget the "recent news" reports. The latest version of iOS works just fine. The only problems were associated with the iPad PRO (which I assume you do not have).
As indicated, Apple does not support downloading.

Jun 4, 2016 10:05 AM in response to Barry Hemphillby mabaeyens,For what it's worth, the iPad Pro has a new version of iOS 9.3.2 (iOS 9.3.2 re-released with fix for iPad Pro 9.7")
I had the previous version working fine but when I plugged the device it prompted to update. So far, so good.
