Q: This disk needs to be repaired using the Recovery HD. Restart your computer, holding down the Command key and the R key until you see the Apple logo. When the OS X Utilities ... I did it more than ones and a message says the disk has no problem.

My Mac Book Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, OS X Yosemite 10.10.5, It show that the disk needs to be repaired using the Recovery HD. Restart your computer, holding down the Command key and the R key until you see the Apple logo. When the OS X Utilities window appears, choose Disk Utility. I did it but then it shows the disk has no problem, so I ran disk utility again and it shows the same problem. I have repeated this actions many time and had no success. Can someone please advise me what I show do?
