Q: Windows support software taking forever to download

Please fix the server issue, the download speed for windows support software is ridiculously slow. I have a 100mb download speed internet and everything else downloads fast and no problems including app store. So I can assure you its not my connection problem. My macbook pro is brand new too. A lot of my friends are having the same issue and they are not just from Australia.

So Fix the **** download speed or give us a download link to the support software, it is not fare leaving us hanging this way.

these are user helping user forums you are not talking to apple here just fellow users

the task of apple trying to find advice, complaints and the like among all the questions for support would be a staggering tast which would require many employees doing only that

so they made a feedback channel for such things http://www.apple.com/feedback/
