Q: can i do somthing not to see all my photos from all my albums in my all photos album?
For example, if i have 10 folders with pictures, but i want to keep one out of my all photos album, can i do that?
i mean i want to keep on my icloud pictures that i do not want to be seen on my phone.

No, you can't separate a group of photos out of the "All Photos" Album. You do have other options though.
You could separate the photos in to a separate library on your computer. Then, when you want to work with a different library of photos you would launch the Photos app by holding down the Options key on the keyboard and select which library you want to work with.
The other option is to use "My Photo Stream" to manage your photos. With "My Photo Stream" you have to manage your photos on each of your devices separately but it might give you the control you want.
