Q: Can't change order quantity

I'm trying to order multiple copies of prints I've taken for a local little league. Here is the initial order:

When I click on + or type in the quantity I get this:

Any ideas?

This problem has been going on for several months.

Right now it is not possible to order several copies.

The Print products Store support old the users to submit the order for one item, and then to update the order on the order status page or use the link "report a problem" for the order.   http://www.apple.com/shop/help/print_products

Are you saying, place the order then change it afterwards?

Yes, place the order and try to modify it.  After placing an order you have 30 minutes to cancel it from your Order status page.

is your profile signature still valid?  "OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)"  ?

On El Captan OS X 10.11.5 I can change the order quantity, but others reported that it still does not work for them. But try to update to the most recent version, if you did not yet update to the latest version. it has several bug fixes.

Yes, I'm up to 11.10.5, just a pain to keep updating it.

If you have no problems, but others (like myself) do, then I'm guessing it's stuff left over in the system from prior versions. I've run into this problem more than once, Apple is not the best in cleaning up their OS between versions. Twice since 10.10 I've had to do fresh installs to clear up issues.

It might also be a problem of differnet architectures.

I'd wait with a clean install for the next system release. It is just one week until the next WWDC in San Francisco, and then usualy new updates will be available.

Apple acknowledges the bug, and trying to modify the order after submitting it is all that has been offered so far.
