Q: How do I see all my photos in my iCloud?

I need help: my question is this: I would like to see all the photos in my cloud.  How do I do this?  I am trying to verify the photos there because it says that there are 2000+ photos present in my cloud but I can only see 25. I still have 2000+ photos on my iPhone, and I don't know if they can be deleted or not because they are already present in the cloud.

iPhone 6, iCloud

Where is it that you are only seeing 25 photos?

If you have iCloud Photo library enabled then all the photos on your phone would be uploaded and available on iCloud (as well as any other device enabled for the service). Consequently any photo deleted on the phone would then also delete it from the cloud.

If you have an Apple TV 2 or 3, your photo app only uses photo stream and not iCloud photo library, photo stream only keeps photos you have taken in the last 30 days.
