Feb 15, 2016 3:17 PM in response to patricecby Demo,★HelpfulI Have an iPhone 5S running iOS 9.2.1 and it works fine for me when I want to move notes from the On the Phone account to iCloud. The option to move is there. Have you tried closing the notes app completely, restart the phone and then try again?

Feb 15, 2016 3:19 PM in response to Demoby patricec,Thanks everyone. I finally did get it to work. Unfortunately, I tried several things and I'm not really sure which did it. I think it may have been totally signing off of Notes and restarting my phone.

Mar 29, 2016 8:29 AM in response to patricecby LifesWhatImLivin,How did you move them to your local notes? I'm trying to do what you did in the first place and just keep them all on my phone. Currently a couple hundred are attached to an email account for some reason, and I can't figure out how to get them all in my local notes without copy and pasting individual notes... and I'd rather not do that 332 times.

Jun 5, 2016 8:17 PM in response to patricecby samtonin,Hey,
I hade the same problem, took me ages to figure it out but is easily fixed by "upgrading" notes.
Do this by opening notes, tap "upgrade" in the iCloud section within the notes app.
Then the option to move from iPhone to iCloud appears.
