Q: Wi-Fi Calling Stopped Working

I'm not sure whether it was the update to iOS 9.3 or 9.2, but somewhere in there my wi-fi calling stopped working.  I've tried the standard fixes, i.e. power cycle, hard reset, turn off/on wifi calling, reset router, etc, and nothing has worked.  Any insight would be appreciated.  Thanks a lot.

The article below recommends the following. I would add a Forced Restart to the recommendations:

Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything.

Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is on.

    Restart your iPhone.

Connect to a different Wi-Fi network. Not all Wi-Fi networks work with Wi-Fi Calling.

Turn Wi-Fi Calling off and then on again.

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.

My AT&T Wi-Fi calling became unavailable today immediately after I upgraded my iPhone SE to iOS 9.3.2.  It worked perfectly for several weeks, but as soon as my iPhone finished with the 9.3.2 upgrade, no more Wi-Fi calling.  Wi-Fi itself still works fine, but the Wi-Fi calling logo at the top left of the screen is no longer visible, nor will any of my iPads which I had previously setup for "Allow Wi-Fi calling from another device" (Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling - Apple Support).  I tried all the obvious things such as Forced Reset, turning off Wi-Fi calling and back on, but no luck.  I have not yet tried the Reset Network Settings because I don't relish re-entering all my network information, but if I don't hear any other suggestions then I'll try that.

Sorry to hear. If the Network Reset does not work you may have to do a restore, the update may have been corrupted.

Thank you for your reply, Elcpu.  As it turned out, after a couple of hours my Wi-Fi calling came on again, without me doing anything further!  Apparently it just required some time after the upgrade, or perhaps the forced restart helped as well.  I had to re-add my iPads to the "Allow Wi-Fi calling from another Device" list, but that was no problem.

    Regards,

    Jenna

This time - good to hear regardless of what resolved it. If it works....
