Q: Air Print with Canon Selphy CP1200?

Printer is detected via WLAN or Direct Connect but it is not possible to add it to the printer list.

Communication cannot be established or breaks down after some 30 seconds.

 

Any Ideas?

    Maybe there is a fault with your CP1200? I just tested our CP1200 using Direct Print first and then connected via wireless. In both cases I was able to locate the printer and then print from Photos using AirPrint.

     

    This was from OS X 10.11.5 and iOS 9.3.2

     

    Do you have an iOS product that you can install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/Selphy app on and then see if it can locate the CP1200 and print to it?

    Good to know that the CP1200 works with El Capitan basically.

     

    The printer works with IOS devices and yesterday I was able to

    add it as a printer on my mac with a usb-cable connection - which

    I did not expect for an air-printer ;-)

     

    I guess something is wrong with the wireless or bonjour-system.
