I have a problem and we appreciate your help , iPad Mini I received as a gift during the floods in Serbia , I have used consistently for years with my iCloud account , that I have come back suddenly appeared icolud another account that is not mine

If you can find the device when you sign into Find iPhone - erase it from there and set it up
Else you will have to contact the original owner as it seems to have engaged the activation lock
