Q: uploading to itunes
how do I drag and drop from windows media player to iTunes? I just keep getting a 'no entry' sign when I try it

You cannot drag and drop from Media Player. It may also be that the files are wma files, which are proprietary files for Windows Media audio. If you have mp3 files, then in iTunes go to File, and then Add File to Library, or Add Folder to Library. You need to add the files themselves after identifying the location they are in on the computer.
