Q: MacBook Pro Battery Drains in sleep mode

Two days ago all of a sudden MacBook Pro lost all charge in sleep mode over night (from about 88-90% to 4-5%). The next night it happened again.

When laptop is in use battery consumption is within normal range more or less. Have checked that no apps are preventing from sleep, bluetooth is off, no wake up no wifi allowed. Have also done SMC reset. Situation remains the same - battery looses charge when in sleep mode (roughly 10-15% per hour).

Anyone has idea how to fix this?

Is Wacom tablet-software installed on that MacBook Pro? If so, uninstall it.

Try running Apple diagnostics which might offer a clue:

    Ciao.

OK, try this. Put the Macbook in sleep mode as usual, and note the exact time. Wait a few minutes, wake it up again. Open Console (in Utilities folder), select 'All messages' if necessary, and glance through the messages that were logged while the MB was supposed to be in sleep mode. Anything suspicious there?

@Esquared, thanks for an advice. Got the log from last night: it has a lot of activities during the time the laptop was supposed to be "sleeping".

For me looks quite suspicious. What could be my next step?

    @Esquared

This is the log of suspicious activity. Don't have the full log for the night, but it seems like it's going on in cycles. Any thought?

Please post a decent part of those entries in your next reply. Perhaps I or others can make some sense out of them.

(Never mind: you beat me to it!)

Are those that I've published earlier sufficient? Or it's better to publish longer log?

    (Haven't seen your reply )

Yes, this will do for now. My knowledge on the subject is limited, but the 'Wake reason' suggests it has something to do with this feature: About Wake on Demand and Bonjour Sleep Proxy - Apple Support

How are the Energy settings configured? (In System Preferences)

Or even better: run the following command in Terminal and post the results here: pmset -g

Seems like the problem is "Wake reason: EC.DarkPME (Maintenance)"

But don't see any ways to fix it, and don't understand where it came from.

Probably this power management log will also help, as it shows the cycle that runs till it drains the battery completely:
