I know how important getting these iPads working properly like the rest of the devices in your house. Since this sounds like it started with the addition of the BT router from your internet provider, let’s start with these easy troubleshooting steps.1. Restart your iPads and BT Home Hub router and test issue again.
2. Adjust Wi-Fi settings following these recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points.
3. Reset Network Settings on the iPads at Settings > General > Reset. Here are some additional steps that may help as well:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi networkIf the issue still persists, if you are using a dual band router, try renaming each wireless network created by the router. Use a unique name for each band. BT may have some additional guidance for their Home Hub 3 product.
