Q: iBooks
HI, I made a purchase on iBooks some time ago, no more than three weeks ago, it was $10.00. For some reason, my card was declined. I wasn't sure why it was declined at first, and it prohibited me from updating my apps on my phone as well. I made an error, my address wasn't updated on file with my credit card information. So i updated the information with my current address. But for some reason, I've been hit wirh 4 "bills" from Apple for no reason. It seems as if every time I tried to update my apps, you guy hit me with a fee. I paid two fees today at my bank, worth almost $50 dollars. I just found out that my address was what the problem was. I just got hit with TWO more fees. I want my money back, I'm not having my bank charge me overdraft fees on top of what you already are billing me? Im not sure what kind of customer service this is but its garbage.
