Q: Can anyone help me!!! I can use my App store credit to buy apps from apps tore, but I can use the app-store credits to buy from apps. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have redeemed an gift card but I cant buy any app form app store. but when I go to some app and I want to buy crystals or something it works fine, but when I am trying to buy an app that costs money it says your purchase could not be completed
