Q: How to listen to compilations from iTunes store?

There are several interesting compilations in the iTunes store which I could buy. But since I have an active apple Music subscribtion, I don't want to buy them, I want to listen to them using Apple Music. Is this even possible?

I cannot find any of these compilations or even albums using apple music. So do I have to buy music I want to listen to regardless of my apple music subscribtion?

If there is any way to listen to the latest albums of my favourite artists or compilations of my favourite music labels using apple music, please tell me how to do this and where I can find this music there.

    Greetings Acrylium,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. From your post, it looks like a particular compilation or album from the iTunes Store isn’t showing up to play in Apple Music even though you have a membership.

Take a look at the About Apple Music page:

About Apple Music - Apple Support

When you join Apple Music, you can play just about every song ever recorded*, and get experts to recommend the right ones for you.

Not all songs and albums from the iTunes Store will be available as a part of your Apple Music membership, and availability of songs varies by country.

Have a great rest of your day.

The music libraries in Apple Music and the iTunes Store are not the same. There are many songs and albums available in the iTunes Store available for sale that are not available for streaming through Apple Music. Has to do with licensing of the music from the artists and their labels, who have the right to limit what is available for to streaming services (see Neil Young and Bob Seger who sell their music through iTunes and other retailers but do not allow their albums to be streamed).
