Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. From your post, it looks like a particular compilation or album from the iTunes Store isn’t showing up to play in Apple Music even though you have a membership.

Not all songs and albums from the iTunes Store will be available as a part of your Apple Music membership, and availability of songs varies by country.

There are many songs and albums available in the iTunes Store available for sale that are not available for streaming through Apple Music. Has to do with licensing of the music from the artists and their labels, who have the right to limit what is available for to streaming services (see Neil Young and Bob Seger who sell their music through iTunes and other retailers but do not allow their albums to be streamed).
