Q: iCloud storage not upgraded after payment

My iCloud storage was downgraded due to payment issue. Now I have reconfigured my the payment option a day back and received message from Bank that payment has been made at iTunes. But still it says my storage is full though I am using less space than I had paid for. How long will it take Apple to upgrade my space or I have to buy space manually. If manually where do I do it from?
