Q: Why do I have to pay again for my Camera  app because it was not working good it stuck so I delete it and reinstall it and they charge me for it.

WWhy do I have to pay for Camera+ apps it stuck and I delete it and reinstall it and I had to pay for it again. So I want to know why.

iPad 2, iOS 9.3.2

    You don't give us much information to go on, so it's hard to guess why.

     

    Did you download it from your Purchased list?

     

    Did you download it with the same Apple ID with which you originally bought it?

     

    Is the current available version, the version that you originally bought? Updates are free, but major upgrades are paid. The current version appears to be v. 8.
