Jun 13, 2016 5:31 AM in response to marcsoucieby BenB,If you have an H.264 movie file, try just changing the suffix from .mov to .mp4 and see what happens. That works sometimes. If the footage came off your camera, what camera, what format is the footage now?
If it is ProRes, his PC will only read it if he has installed QuickTime Player on it, which many Windows users don't bother with.
As previously state, nothing with video is guaranteed on any platform.
