Q: restore iphone from computer

The error says: iTunes could not restore the iPhone because not enough space is available on my iPhon. But it doesn’t mention how much space I need for restoring my iPhone. my iPhone storage was almost full, I evacuated more than 1 GB, but there is still the same "not enough space" error.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1

It probably trying to backup your phone first. Try freeing up space on your computer then try again.

thank you so much, but i already made a back up from my iPhone on my computer and now, I can not retrieve my back up from my computer to my iphone because of low free space on my iPhone! it is very necessary for me to do it because after i made a backup, all my "Notes" weer eliminated from my iphone and i do not have any access to my notes which are important for me.

Did you backup a phone that had more storage space than the one that you are trying to restore it to? This might be the problem.
