Restart your Apple Watch.
- Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device.
- After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.
And restart your iPhone.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
See if that helps...
If not, un pair then re pair your Apple Watch > Unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone

Jun 10, 2016 9:36 PM in response to Carolyn Samitby SusaninIL,I had tried both and nothing happened. I even reset my watch. Nothing.
FInally, I was in the messages on my phone and found a little globe next to the keyboard. I switched it off English and then back to Englash and it worked!
