Q: cannot return the app
I have received the invoice of an app which I bought yesterday, but I am so sorry that the app is not as suitable as I thought, I would like to get refund. However, whenever I use the report a problem function, the website shows no record to my purchase.

Make certain you are logged into the Store using the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the app. You can also check your store history in the Purchases section.
Normally, all purchases are final, because there's no way to guarantee that you won' continue using it even after you get your money back, but you can certainly make your case for a refund to Apple using that formm or calling or chatting.
