If you're using Safari 6.1.6, you need to upgrade the computer's OS or switch to a product such as Firefox.
Flash can be updated from get.adobe.com, helpx.adobe.com, or the Flash Player pane of System Preferences.

Also, in an abundance of caution, please read Beware bogus Adobe Flash "installers".

Also check to make sure there is a compatible driver for your printer.
Do a backup before installing, preferable 2 backups on 2 different drives.
