As you see the Apple logo, but the display otherwise remains black after restarting, check whether VoiceOver and screen curtain are turned on:
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.
If VoiceOver was not turned on, the following steps may help:
- Try charging your watch again for around 2.5 hours, making sure that you follow the charging instructions here:
- After that time, if it has not already restarted automatically, remove it from the charger and:
- Try restarting it (by pressing and holding the side button until you see the Apple logo).
- Next try force restarting it (by pressing and holding both buttons for around 10 seconds, until you see the logo).
If the issue persists, contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) with a view to having your watch serviced (under warranty, if eligible):

Jun 13, 2016 1:50 AMby Aubryalo,I Been charging it all morning trying to get it to turn on. And its still doin the same thing. Only the apple logo will pop up for a few seconds and it goes back out. The hard reset won't work I even unpaired it. is their some kind of restore I could do to fix It cus mailing it in will take forever and I just got it 3 days ago
