Q: Mac mini

Hi, i have a mac mini from late 2012 , recently i can´t access some websites links, in the end of the web addres appears a # and I cant acces the link , after i click the link appears another webtag with some advertisement , this happens in all the browsers i have installed in my computer.

For what i´ve read this a scam, i would like you to help me solve this issue.
