    Hello aria1559,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

From what I understand you are having issues installing Windows 7 using Bootcamp and you are unable to download free apps from the App Store because you cannot review your Apple ID information. I understand wanting to have both operating systems available and wanting to be able to download apps.

In regards to being able to download apps, you will need to review your payment information in iTunes. If you do not currently have a payment method selected in iTunes you may need to add one. Even for the free apps. Once a credit card has been added you can then go back and remove the credit card. This article has the steps to edit the payment information:

Change or remove your Apple ID payment information

If the option to choose None is not available, you will need to add a debit/credit card first and then go back and edit the information again. None should then be available for you.

Regarding installing Windows 7, make sure that your Mac meets the system requirements. This article has all the steps needed to install Windows using Bootcamp. Make sure you do not skip any of the steps.
