Q: Activity App
Hi.
Ever since I have bought my apple watch I have noticed that the Activity App is not recognising me standing. I have now joined a gym and I want to raise my activity level - how do I fix this? I want to be able to record my Activity accurately.
This is what my rings look like every day, no standing.
Thank you

Apple Watch
Hi
Try these steps:
- On your iPhone in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Wrist Detection - check that this is turned on.
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Privacy > Motion & Fitness - turn Fitness Tracking off (or turn it on, if it is currently turned off).
- Restart both devices by turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first:
- To turn your iPhone off: press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears; drag it to turn off. To restart, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button.
- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off. To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
- If you turned Fitness Tracking off in step 2, now return to the setting and re-enable it.
